CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit of $100.00 must accompany your Application Form, with the balance of payment to be made by March 1st.

All cancellations must be advised in writing to the National Youth Drama School Trust at admin@nyds.co.nz.

Refunds will be made based on the following cancellation deadlines:
– Before February 15th – Full refund less $50 admin fee
– From February 16th to March 1st – Full refund less $100 admin fee
– After March 1st: No refund*

* After the final deadline, for cancellations resulting from exceptional circumstances, the Trust will consider written requests for a partial refund of Course Fees on a case-by-case basis. However, please be aware that the Trust must provide final numbers to the Hostel one week before the start date and that we are unable to refund Hostel Fees for cancellations after this date.

PRIVACY POLICY

The National Youth Drama School Trust respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us including payment details, address, phone number and email will not be released, sold, or rented to any outside entities.

The information we collect is held by the National Youth Drama School Trust, PO Box 600, Napier 4140. The information may be used for the purposes of assessing your suitability to attend the school and in organising and administering the operation of the school. The information may also be used for statistical purposes and to send you further information about the school and the Trust’s activities. The information may be made available to Trust staff, tutors and members of the Trust Board. In the case of a medical emergency or incident requiring medical treatment during the school, the information may also be made available to attending medical practitioners.
